Self-centering vibrating screen

The advantage of the automatic center vibrating screen is that the structure is simple, easy to manufacture, convenient to operate and adjust; the screen surface vibrates strongly, the material is not easy to block the screen hole; the screening efficiency is high (up to 90~95%). The disadvantage is that the amplitude of the sieve varies significantly with the fluctuation of the ore supply (too large or too small), so that the screening efficiency is not stable enough; the screening increases during the start-up and stop, and the growth rate is large. influences. The vibrating screen has a wide range of use, and the screening of medium and fine-grained materials in domestic large and medium-sized plants is mostly used.

Heavy vibrating screen

The vibrating screen structure is relatively strong and can withstand large impact loads. It is suitable for screening large ore and dense ore with a maximum blockiness of 400mm. This machine can replace the easily clogging bar screen as a pre-screening device before the crushing. It can also be used as a washing equipment for large ore with a lot of mud. In recent years, such vibrating screens have been used as pre-screening in many large foreign concentrators before the crushing. The screens are multi-layered and used to screen out the final product, thus increasing the throughput of the crusher. Reduce the impact of water-rich powder ore on crushing operations.

Circular vibrating screen

The YA type circular vibrating screen is available in light and heavy duty, seat and hanging styles, with a working area of ​​4m2 to 14m2. The screen surface of the two-axis vibrating screen (ZSD type) adopts a polygonal line type with different inclination angles, and the thickness of the layer from the feeding end to the discharge end layer is constant or increasing, and the moving speed of the material on the screen surface is decreasing. The advantage of the equal-thickness sieving method is that it can reduce the clogging of the sieve hole when sieving the fine-grained grade (less than 25mm) material; the treatment capacity is high, the equipment is convenient to be equipped, and the plant area is small. The disadvantage is that the installation height is large. The sieve can be used for dry or wet screening of medium and small particulate materials such as coal, ore and gravel.

Linear vibrating screen

The linear vibrating screen has ZKX type suitable for processing large and medium-sized and fine-grained materials, and ZKB type suitable for dehydration, de-intermediation, de-mudging and dry or wet material classification of fine-grained materials.

The trajectory of the sieve is straight, and the screen surface is horizontally mounted. The movement of the material on the screen surface does not depend on the inclination of the screen surface, but depends on the direction angle of the vibration. The screen has compact structure, high strength, reasonable vibration parameters, fatigue resistance, long service life, convenient maintenance and good reliability; stable vibration and low noise; the same trajectory of each point on the screen surface is beneficial to the screening of materials and high screening efficiency. . Disadvantages are complicated structure, high manufacturing precision, easy adjustment of amplitude, and large weight of vibrator.
