· July 2014 passenger car complaints surged 66% year-on-year

According to the statistics of the relevant data of July in China's largest defective automobile product information collection platform, the number of valid complaints received by the owners this month was 2,409, a slight decrease of 5.8% compared with that in June, but it was up compared with the same period of last year. 66%, a record year-on-year increase. The data shows that since May, the number of passenger car complaints has exceeded 3,000 in March, and the year-on-year growth rate has gradually expanded, indicating that the overall quality of car quality has entered a trough.
Along with the increase in the number of complaints, the number of cars involved in this month has also increased by about 10% to 325, of which 61 vehicles have reached double digits. The owner's complaint information shows that engine jitter, flameout, abnormal noise and gearbox leakage are still the quality problems that plague the owner. However, unlike previous years, complaints about air-conditioning have improved, showing that some car owners have been more concerned about air-conditioning and refrigeration problems in the past few years, and most car companies have attached great importance to relevant issues. This also proves that taking the car owner's feeling seriously is an effective means to reduce the amount of complaints. Statistics show that the number of complaints from Sagitar, Yinglang, Fox, Santana, C4L, Jetta, Haval M4, Excelle, Cruze and 408 entered the top ten this month.
This month, we received about 1,750 feedbacks from car companies on complaints from car owners, an increase of nearly 10% from the previous month. As far as the system of China's automobile quality network is concerned, more than 90% of the relevant car companies have been able to systematically respond to complaints from car owners, and the satisfaction of car owners in handling complaints has also increased to some extent.
