A draft document on the management requirements of the Shanghai Airport Car Service began to be disseminated online. The documents show that the vehicles engaged in the operation of the network car should be in Shanghai, the wheelbase of the fuel vehicle is above 2700 mm, and the wheelbase of the new energy vehicle. At 2650 mm or more, the driver must be more restrictive for Shanghai and other places.

For vehicles engaged in the operation of online car, the document also stipulates that it is required to insure business sex insurance, business third party liability insurance, and passenger accident insurance. The driver is required to have more than 5 road traffic safety violations in the non-driving motor vehicle within 1 year before the date of application. There is no record of the revoked taxi business qualification within 5 years before the date of application, and no road in Shanghai before the date of application. Traffic violations have not been accepted for more than 5 times.

In addition, the document also stipulates that the Shanghai Railway Co., Ltd. will implement a market-adjusted price for the car fare. If necessary, the government will implement the government-guided price with the approval of the municipal government.

However, the Shanghai Municipal Communications Commission said that the Shanghai New Network is under development and has not released or published similar information.
