Subway HDTV Monitoring System Design

In recent years, high-definition television monitoring technology has become increasingly mature. HD cameras are particularly suitable for the monitoring needs of subway crowded places, and have a good application prospect. It is believed that they will be widely used in the future construction of subway monitoring projects.

demand analysis

High-definition video surveillance has developed rapidly in recent years, mainly to solve the 'details' of the normal monitoring process. Some cities have newly built subways that use high-definition television monitoring, and require high-definition surveillance images from operations management and public security management. From the face of subway terror attacks, high-definition surveillance images are needed. HD surveillance adopts radio and television standards with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. Now that HDTV monitoring technology has become more sophisticated, equipment costs have dropped dramatically, and HD cameras are particularly suitable for crowding in subways. Local monitoring can not only see the macro but also see the details and will be widely used in subway monitoring in the future.

HDTV monitoring standard

China's standard definition television (SDTV) resolution is 720 × 576 pixels (D1 resolution), and high-definition television (HDTV) resolution is 1920 × 1080 pixels, quasi-HD 1280 × 720 pixels;

1080i resolution with 1920-point x1080 scan lines (interlaced scan mode);

720P resolution is 1280 points x 720 scan lines (progressive scan mode);

1080p resolution is 1920 points x1080 scan lines (progressive scan mode);

Traditional surveillance systems mostly use analog TV cameras and monitor TV lines. Horizontal resolution 480 lines, 540 lines, or 580 lines are declared as high-definition cameras. They refer to cameras shooting vertical black and white lines. The number of black and white lines that can be resolved in the horizontal direction corresponding to the vertical screen height, in the traditional digital-analog monitoring system, the analog image digitally encoded CIF resolution 352 × 288 = 110,400 pixels, 4CIF resolution 704×576=40.55 megapixels, D1 resolution 720×576=41.47 megapixels.

The resolution of a high-definition television (HDTV) is 1920×1080=207.36 million pixels, and quasi-high definition 1280×720=9.216 million pixels.

From the above it can be seen that if it is more than 100 million pixel digital video camera is quasi-high definition, if more than 200 million pixel digital video camera is a high-definition digital video camera. One quasi-HD digital camera is equivalent to two analog HD cameras, and one HD digital camera is equivalent to five analog HD cameras.

A camera capable of reaching 2 megapixels, supporting a 1080p resolution display device and a corresponding transmission channel, can form a monitoring system called HD.

HD monitoring interface

Uncompressed high-definition video transmission mainly through HD-SDI, YPbPr, HDMI, DVI four high-definition interface, uncompressed high-definition video streaming is very large, 30fps speed transmission 1 1920x1080P HD video, the required data rate to 1.485Gbps Uncompressed high-definition video cannot be transmitted over a TCP/IP network. It is compressed and encoded to significantly reduce the bitstream. It can transmit 1920x1080P HD video over a TCP/IP network and uses an RJ45 interface.

DVI interface: full name Digital Visual Interface, digital video interface, there are two common DVI interfaces, namely DVI-Digital (DVI-D) and DVI-Integrated (DVI-I), DVI-D can only receive digital signals, The DVI-I can be compatible with both analog and digital signals, which means that DVI-I is more compatible. Usually we see the DVI-I interface in the interface part of the graphics card, and the DVI-D interface we see in the monitor.

Excavator Proportional System

Excavator proportional system refers to the hydraulic system that controls the movement of the excavator's arm, bucket, and other attachments. This system is designed to provide precise and proportional control over the excavator's movements, allowing the operator to perform delicate and precise operations with ease.

The excavator proportional system uses a series of hydraulic valves and sensors to control the flow of hydraulic fluid to the various components of the excavator. These valves are controlled by the operator's movements of the joystick, which sends signals to the hydraulic system to adjust the flow of fluid to the various components.

The proportional system allows the operator to control the speed and force of the excavator's movements with great precision. This is particularly important for tasks that require delicate and precise movements, such as digging around sensitive underground utilities or performing demolition work in tight spaces.

Overall, the excavator proportional system is an essential component of modern excavators, providing operators with the control and precision they need to perform a wide range of tasks safely and efficiently.
