For a certain phosphate rock mine in Liaoning (the original ore contains P_2O_5 19.50%, MgO 6.87%), using MG agent and single reverse flotation process, it can obtain 26.68% of P_2O_5 concentrate, which is about 3 grades higher than traditional sodium oleate. The phosphorus recovery rate is 83.20%, while the tailings P_2O_5 grade is only about 10%, which is significantly lower than the tailings P_2O_5 such as sodium oleate.
