High-precision conductive plastic sensor passed expert acceptance

Recently, Huzhou Municipal Science and Technology Research Project “Development of High-Precision Conductive Plastic Displacement Sensor” chaired by Yu Zhigen, an associate professor of Huzhou Vocational and Technical College, passed the acceptance and appraisal by the expert group organized by Huzhou Science and Technology Bureau.

It is understood that through the analysis and study of the production process and structure of conductive plastic displacement sensors, this project has designed a highly efficient and stable conductive plastic film manufacturing process; improved the brush assembly structure, the brush and the conductive film The contact stress is kept constant; the connection characteristics between the electrode and the conductive film are improved; the WDS type conductive plastic displacement sensor is developed, and the research results of the project have been applied to the angular displacement sensor.

At present, the project has applied for 1 national invention patent and 1 utility model patent, and has published 2 academic papers in core journals at home and abroad. The scientific research results obtained by the project have been put into production in Huzhou Huiren Electronics Co., Ltd., a cooperative enterprise, and the market has responded well.
