The 408 air compressor driven by the synchronous motor of the air compressor platform of our factory was stopped due to the fault. It is the level 1 pressure exceeding the standard; when the level 1 pressure exceeds the standard operation, the level 1 safety valve does not take off; the mechanical lubricating oil consumption is seriously exceeded. .

Fault Analysis There is a case where the discharge pressure of Class 1.1 exceeds the standard, and the 3-stage intake valve is closed in advance or delayed. When the air compressor is in normal operation, the first stage exhaust should be inhaled. If the stage intake valve is closed early, the Class I exhaust cannot enter the stage cylinder, and the I stage exhaust pressure rises; if the stage intake valve When the delay is closed, the inspiratory valve is still open for a short time after the first-stage exhaust valve is closed. At this time, the piston in the cylinder has started to compress the gas, and the compressed high-pressure gas is poured back to the I-stage. The air passage makes the Class I exhaust pressure too high. It is a level exhaust valve leak. When the Class I exhaust valve is vented, the stage vent valve is closed and the stage suction valve is open. If the level exhaust valve is not tightly closed, the high-pressure gas in the Liao-class exhaust pipe will be poured back to the cylinder at the same time as the first-stage intake, affecting the normal intake of the stage cylinder, so that the I-stage exhaust back pressure is increased, thereby Force level 1 exhaust pressure to increase. The stage exhaust valve is delayed closed. This is the same as the foregoing. It is a double-acting piston ring leak. In the stage cylinder, gas leaks from the high pressure side to the low pressure side. It will affect the first stage exhaust and increase the level 1 discharge.

The valve cannot be opened and closed in time. It is mostly closed when the control valve is lifted and lowered. When the spring is too hard, the valve piece is easy to be delayed and closed early.

The leakage of the gas valve is caused by the breakage of the ring valve fragment spring valve spring or the severe wear of the valve piece and the spring.

The large consumption of lubricating oil is mainly due to the large sealing gap of the packing piston rod packing, so that the piston rod for horizontal reciprocating movement carries excessive lubricating oil into the ordering cylinder, resulting in large consumption of lubricating oil. Therefore, only the replacement of the grade packing is required. Sealing can be solved.

3.1 class spring type safety valve overpressure can not change the tension of the adjusting screw compression spring. However, it should be noted that after the take-off pressure is adjusted, the lock nut should be tightened to prevent the adjustment screw from loosening, so that the take-off pressure changes by itself.

Inspection and dismantling The air compressor stage only enters the exhaust valve and finds that only the annular valve is broken. To ensure the quality of the inspection, replace the annular valve piece and the valve spring of all the valves and the sealing aluminum pad, and clean the valves at the same time. In addition, when disassembling the cylinder head exhaust valve, the lower half of the mirror surface of the cylinder head was inspected, and the bottom mirror surface was found to have defects such as pitting and grooves along the reciprocating direction. Replace the stage cylinder and piston ring and the packing seal of the piston rod. After assembly, test the car and run normally.

After the 48-type air compressor was overhauled, the working condition parameters were relatively stable and the inspection effect was obvious.
