Economic and environmental protection highlights the entry of natural gas commercial vehicles into the fast lane

Fog and haze weather entrenches the middle and eastern regions of China. The PM2.5 around the country has continued to “burst”, so that the prevention and control of air pollution has received unprecedented attention. In the area of commercial vehicles with huge pollutant emissions, natural gas vehicles have shown rapid development due to their good environmental protection and economy. Many listed companies have also seized opportunities for the development of natural gas commercial vehicles.

Fast sales growth

As the first to focus on LNG commercial vehicle business opportunities, Shaanxi Automotive Group has the largest market share of LNG products. Shaanxi Auto's sources said that despite the fact that sales of heavy trucks in China fell by nearly 30% year-on-year in 2012, Shaanxi Automobile's heavy-duty truck sales are much higher than the industry's overall level. One of the important reasons is the outstanding performance of Shaanxi Gas's heavy-duty trucks. In 2012, Shaanxi Automobile LNG heavy truck sales reached more than 7,000 vehicles, an increase of 300% year-on-year.

In addition, Foton Motors and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group are also actively working on natural gas commercial vehicles. It is reported that China National Heavy Duty Truck has recently made more than 100 orders in Henan, including tractors, dump trucks, mixers and other models, with 340 horsepower natural gas engine configuration mostly, and all in line with the country V emissions.

In addition to heavy trucks, buses in many places have begun to enter the "rejuvenation era." On February 7 this year, 300 LNG new energy buses were on Guangzhou Road. This is the first demonstration of LNG buses in Guangzhou. In Beijing, as early as September 2012, the “city name card” bus No. 1 was replaced with a “green new one”—Fukuda Ouhui 18-meter LNG articulated vehicle. By the end of 2012, there were already 100 Futian Ouhui LNG buses on the streets of Beijing. Futian Automobile introduced that compared with diesel buses, PM2.5 emissions from Futian Ouhui LNG buses were reduced by more than 97%.

It is understood that in the next two to three years, Beijing plans to purchase a total of about 4,000 LNG passenger cars. In order to save energy and reduce emissions, newly purchased buses will basically be LNG power or new energy buses.

Rapidly growing downstream demand has driven the rapid growth in demand for LNG vehicle manufacturers, gas cylinders, and gas station companies. As an important manufacturer of LNG fuel bottles, Furui installed a good performance growth in 2012. The performance report released by the company recently showed that the net profit in 2012 was 114 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 62.06%. BOC International stated that due to the continued strong downstream demand, it is expected that the volume of gas cylinders will continue to increase in 2013 to reach 3,200 to 3,500 per month; LNG refueling stations will also double the delivery volume in 2012, supporting 2013 Rapid growth in business performance.

Economic and environmental protection

According to CNHTC, the transportation industry is also facing a downturn in the context of the unfavorable domestic economic environment. The cost of the transportation industry is mainly spent on fuel, tires and daily maintenance. The freight can't go up and only costs can be reduced. Compared with diesel heavy trucks, LNG heavy trucks can save more than 1 yuan per kilometer. Foton Motor introduced that compared with diesel heavy trucks, LNG heavy trucks can save 30% to 40% of fuel.

The "LNGization" of buses has great effects on energy conservation and emission reduction in cities. According to statistics, according to the calculation of the emission of exhaust gas from a bus equivalent to the emissions of 50 cars, if 15,000 buses in Beijing were converted to LNG vehicles, it would be equivalent to rebuilding 750,000 cars. It will be of great significance to improve the atmospheric environment and reduce PM2.5 emissions.

The industry expects that by 2015, the demand for natural gas in Beijing will be around 500 million cubic meters. Among them, the demand for natural gas for buses is about 200 million cubic meters, and the demand for taxis, home and business vehicles is about 280 million cubic meters.

However, the increase in demand has also led to an increase in the price of natural gas, which has lowered the economic efficiency of natural gas commercial vehicles. According to data from CICC, in January 2013, the average price of pipeline natural gas imported from China was about 2.64 yuan/cubic meter, an increase of 5% and 6% from the previous month and the same period of last year; the average import price of LNG was about 2.75 yuan/cubic meter, an increase of 8% over the previous period. %. Due mainly to the relatively strong demand for natural gas in the winter, CNPC increased the import volume of Qatari LNG at prices as high as RMB 4/m3. Haitong Securities indicated that if the price of natural gas rises significantly, LNG vehicles may lose their economy.

Violet Laser

Violet lasers are mainly diode lasers, the Laser head comes with cooling and precise temperature control system, and power supply comes with overcurrent and overheating protection function. CNI lasers have stabilized power, easy operation, reliable performance and long lifetime. Free space or fiber-coupled (SM fiber, MM fiber, homogenization fiber) output available. They are widely used in fluorescence excitation, 3D print, raman spectrum measurement etc.

Following wavelength are available for violet laser: 400 nm 420 nm 405 nm 425 nm 410 nm 430 nm 415 nm 440 nm
