1. Causes of antimony ore in the crushing chamber: (1) The ore contains large water content, and the mud content is large, resulting in poor mining and antimony ore. Reason (2) The moving cone has a long time, and the lubricating oil is seriously leaked, which causes heat. Remedy: Replace the bad copper sleeve and correct the gap. Remove the moving oil from the moving cone.

3. Reasons for the moving cone and troubleshooting:

(1) The oil pressure is not enough or the oil supply is not smooth, causing the speed of the vehicle to be removed: check the oil pump oil pressure, oil quality, filter, so that the oil pressure reaches the specified pressure, clean the pipeline to make the oil supply smooth;

(2) The working clearance between the eccentric sleeve and the eccentric shaft is insufficient, resulting in a flying car. Remedy: scrape the eccentric sleeve and measure the eccentric shaft so that the working clearance between the eccentric sleeve and the eccentric shaft is within the specified range;

(3) The joint surface of the copper disc and the moving cone spherical surface is not enough or not corrected: the copper disc is scraped, the grindstone is rigorously polished during the scraping, and the willow scraper is scraped. After the scraping, the contact points should be even and contact. Points cannot be contiguous or connected. To form 1-2 points of 25×25 mm 2 , the lower opening of the copper disc can not be contacted to form a wedge gap ¢ 1750; 70-100; ¢ 2200, 80-120

Causes and troubleshooting of horizontal axis heating

(1) The horizontal shaft copper sleeve oil groove is blocked due to oil deposits, and the oil deposit is blocked. The oil supply is insufficient to cause the heat to be removed. Remove the horizontal shaft, clean the oil groove, clean the pipeline, and replace the oil.

(2) After the overhaul, the gap between the copper sleeves is small, and the axial gap is small, and the heat is removed. The copper sleeve is scraped and the axial gap of the horizontal shaft is adjusted to reach the specified range.

5. Causes and troubleshooting of the broken bevel gear teeth

(1) by a load belonging to a cone crusher impact load unstable, long-term operation likely to cause metal fatigue. In general, the service life of the small bevel gear of the cone crusher is 2-3 years, which may cause the metal to break.

(2) The gear meshing is not good. When the gear meshes, the tooth side clearance and the tooth top clearance are not within the specified range, causing the gear to break in a short time. The back of the tooth of the large and small bevel gears has no large alignment error, which causes the modulus of the large and small gears to change and the teeth are broken. Remedy: When adjusting the gear meshing clearance, the backs of the large and small gears are aligned, and the gap is measured to the specified meshing range value.

5, the cause of locking failure and troubleshooting methods

(1) Reason: The oil level of the locking oil tank is not enough, the oil quality is not good, the oil pump is worn, and the oil pressure does not reach the locking pressure value.

Remedy: Check the oil level and oil quality of the fuel tank and replace the worn pump to bring the oil pressure to the specified value.

(2) The lock cylinder wears, the lock seal wears, and the lock cylinder oil supply line and distribution valve leak

Remedy: Replace the worn lock cylinder and piston, lock the seal and eliminate the pipeline leak.
