CA3GA10 is a new generation of triple-cylinder 1.0L gasoline engine platform independently developed by FAW. Its power is 52kW/L, and its torque is 92Nm/L. Its performance index has reached the international level. Electronically controlled multi-ignition oil injection system, intake VCT-i, electronic throttle, silent chain transmission and many other advanced international advanced technologies, application of stainless steel exhaust manifold, magnesium alloy chain chamber cover, plastic valve door cover , Lightweight technology such as plastic oil pan, the whole machine weight loss of more than 5%, to meet the national V emissions and the third phase of fuel consumption regulations. The next-generation in-cylinder direct injection, supercharger, intake and exhaust VCT, external EGR and other energy-saving technology development spaces are reserved, making it an ideal power source for A00 economic passenger cars, minibuses and hybrid cars.

CA4GA13TD is the first two-valve gasoline direct injection pressurized small-displacement gasoline engine independently developed by FAW. The power is 65kW/L, the torque is 150Nm/L, and the performance index reaches the international level. Its outstanding competitiveness is: independent integrated gasoline direct injection system, the system has its own ECU software, in addition to single-headed hollow combined camshaft, two valves and other cost-reducing technical solutions; application of plastic intake manifold, plastic oil Low-weight technology such as bottom shell, die-cast aluminum alloy cover, low-friction technology such as roller rocker arm and low-elasticity piston ring and low-noise technology of silent chain transmission; use of hydraulic lash adjuster to realize valve clearance maintenance-free; newly developed high-efficiency low The carbon combustion system can achieve the FAW 130g/kmCO2 blue-to-energy strategic goal and meet the third-phase fuel consumption and national V emission regulations. It is an ideal power source for SUVs, hybrids, and A0-class vehicles.

CA4DH1 is a joint-ventured German DEUTZ two-valve 2012 diesel engine. FAW's new FAW 4L platform four-valve diesel engine is newly designed and its power covers 130 to 180Ps. Its outstanding competitiveness is: equipped with an autonomously integrated 1800 bar electronically controlled high pressure common rail fuel injection system (FCRI), which has its own ECU software and implements ECU on-board. Highly efficient combustion system with an explosion pressure up to 200 bar achieves low fuel consumption; Cooled EGR system achieves low NOx emission; Recoverable oil filter and oil cooler integrated modular design; Trapezoidal frame and low noise gear train achieve low NVH; IV. The national V emission regulations, which have the potential to meet the national VI emission regulations, are ideal for medium-sized and light commercial vehicles.
