China's first smart heavy truck: wisdom "big head" into the new Silk Road

Hey, I'm a young heavy truck. Engineers define me as "I's first smart truck." After more than six years of research and development and trials, in September 2016, I was officially launched at China National Heavy Duty Truck Group in Jinan. At the Shanghai International Auto Show in April this year, I once again caused widespread concern.

Don't look at me as young, but I'm a big man with a full 18 tons and can transport 35 tons of cargo. how about it? I can also "strength".

With the title of "China's first smart heavy truck", I have the powerful active security features that small partners don't have:

For example, depending on the radar at the front of the vehicle, I have two functions, adaptive cruise (ACC) and automatic emergency braking (AEB). This not only frees drivers' feet, reduces driving fatigue, but also prevents them from getting out of time. Car "kissing".

For another example, relying on the camera device on the head, I can also provide the driver with a lane departure warning (LDW). If you inadvertently "drive across the line," my timely reminder is very likely to avoid a traffic accident.

Also, in the face of wet and snowy roads and steep slopes, drivers often feel as if they are on ice and are careful. My body stability control system (ESC), hill assist system (HSA), can add safety to the start of wet roads and steep slopes...

Before the official launch, I passed the test and verification of thousands of dangerous goods transport vehicles. No collision or overturn occurred.

Now I have a "small target" and I hope that more old drivers can drive me around in countries along the "Belt and Road." As a production and transportation tool, I look forward to playing a more important role in the construction of the “One Belt and One Road”.

According to the statistics of R&D and manufacturing of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, the heavy-duty truck of Sinotruk has been exported to more than 90 countries and regions around the world, including 33 along the “One Belt and One Road”; in the first quarter of this year alone, it was in the “Belt and Road”. The number of heavy trucks sold in the countries along the line was nearly 4,000, of which about 800 were produced in local countries, which promoted local economic and social development.
