4 Coal protection: When the unloading point coal accumulates or the chute is blocked, the coal level exceeds the predetermined position and lasts for a certain period of time, and the time delay after the protection is realized. The sensor adopts two methods: First, the coal level switch type, when the coal level rises When the sensor is tilted to a certain angle, the internal stroke switch action is protected; secondly, the electrode type coal position probe is used to realize the protection by using the coal resistance change between the probe and the coal pile.

5 Deviation protection: The sensor is usually used in two pairs of tapes, which are installed on the head, body and tail of the belt conveyor, which are easy to run off; when the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor runs beyond the edge of the roller 20mm The guide rod of the sensor is deviated from a certain angle for a certain period of time, and the protection is delayed after a delay.

7 Longitudinal tear protection: generally used to monitor the longitudinal tear of the loading point tape. The sensor is usually installed between the upper and lower tapes above the loading point.
