This machine is newly researched and designed by our factory based on the model of combined cam,it winds up the plastic tape by the back and forth movement of the swinging stem driven by the cam. It takes less effort and it runs more stable. With less friction factor and longer durability, the prime motor is 60% less in requirement of power consumption. It adapts to bobbins of Φ38×230mm, and it is the ideal mate of SJ-L series Plastic Tape Extruder. U.S. bans imports of seafood that has not passed HACCP
Recently, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) analyzed the HACCP analysis and concluded that a GroPoint fishery company operating in Labuan, Malaysia, is not in compliance with the US Food and Drug Administration system documentation. According to the understanding of the company's defective product handling program, the laws and regulations in the United States are " adulteration of fish or fishery products."
The FDA said that they prepared unpackaged tuna and salmon for unhygienic conditions, resulting in the production of scorpion toxin (food partners: the histamine-like toxin produced by the squid, which can cause salmon poisoning).
The Forestry Bureau issued a warning letter to the GroPoint fishery on July 27 and determined that there is a deviation in the implementation of the HACCP. These issues include:
l The 24 hour frozen fish storage key control point is not listed. Causes tuna and salmon to produce scorpion toxins.
l The "in dock" receiving plan monitoring program is not sufficient to control the formation of scorpion toxin.
l The key control point for the “factory acceptance and fishwashing†of the plan relies on visual inspection of the ice around the fish, which is not enough.
l The "receipt inspection" and "fishwashing" of the plan should be considered as independent, not as mergers.
l The plan showed that chlorinated water was used to wash the fish to control the pathogens of the disease, but no control of the chlorine concentration was provided.
The FDA requires GroPoint Fisheries to pay attention and respond within 30 working days. At the same time, "at least five production days of monitoring records are required to prove that the revised plan has been implemented."
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration reminds that if a foreign company is found to be ineligible for seafood HACCP, FDA has the right to detain the imported quarantine food products that have not been imported into the United States after entry. Chinese aquaculture companies should also be vigilant to ensure export safety.
