Treatment method of carbon-containing gold-silver-arsenic concentrate (3)

The bacterial leaching method was only used to test flotation concentrates. The test results (expressions) show that the bacterial leaching process is less sensitive to the effects of flotation concentrate composition than the calcination process and the autoclave leaching process. So bacterial leaching residue directly adsorbed cyanide, gold, silver and recovery are high. In this case, the recovery rate of precious metals (88.3% for gold, 88.4% for silver) and the recovery of flotation concentrates by the process of autoclave-lime treatment-adsorption cyanidation of leaching slag the same.
The results of the study on the relationship between the composition of sulfur, arsenic and carbonaceous materials and the treatment of concentrates show that after two stages of calcination of flotation concentrate and re-selected concentrate, the organic carbon can be completely removed, and the oxidation rate of sulfur is respectively At 96% and 98.7%, the arsenic entering the gas phase was 93.0$ and 99.25, respectively. When the gold-containing sulfide is decomposed by the non-calcination process, the carbonaceous material in the concentrate cannot be removed, and then the arsenic remains in the solid residue: 75 to 88% is in an oxide state, 0.8 to 0.94%, and is in a sulfide state. . 87.9~97% of the sulfur is transferred to the solution.
According to the comparison results of adding and not adding resin during cyanidation, the adsorption characteristics of the carbonaceous material in the original flotation concentrate and the treated product were evaluated. In order to reduce the effect of liquid phase ion composition on the cyanidation effect, the liquid to solid ratio of the slurry must be maintained at 50:1.

The test results (Table 2) show that the adsorption characteristics of the carbonaceous material present in the non-solution of bacterial leaching and autoclaved oxidative leaching are decreased. However, when the solid residue is subjected to adsorption cyanation, the amount of the resin to be charged must not be less than 5% (see illustration). This is because the carbonaceous material also has high kinetic properties like a natural adsorbent which exists in the concentrate in a state in which the particles are dispersed.
