1. Requirements for Water Sources: When the sprinklers are used as rivers and ponds as the water source, pay attention to that all the ends of the suction pipes are not submerged in water. In order to prevent inhalation of stones or excessive sediment and drift debris, the suction pipe end is normally provided with a filter device, and it is strictly forbidden to remove the filter device during water absorption. If the water source is shallow, it is necessary to dig deeper at the time of the water absorption to ensure that it does not contain impurities and air. Different watering pumps have different requirements for the water source. The clean water pump requires no impurities in the water, and the muddy water pump requires no stones and excessive sediment in the water.

2. Add water before use: The centrifugal water pump must take a certain amount of water diversion to the water pump before each water absorption. After the water pump is added, the water inlet must be closed. When the self-priming pump is used for the first time, it needs to be diverted. At present, no additional diversion is required.

3. The inlet pipe must be vacuumed: When the sprinkler absorbs water, the inlet pipe system must adhere to a certain degree of vacuum , so that the water can be sucked into the tank. The water inlet pipe system must be sealed tightly, the hose can not be damaged, and the hard pipe can not have cracks, otherwise the leakage phenomenon will occur, which will result in the situation that the water cannot be sucked.

4. Parking stalls: Before the sprinkler is water-absorbed, it is still before the water is sprayed. The power-saving installation must be performed while parking.

5. Winter water release: Before the winter falls, the sprinkler should empty the water in the pump and the water pipe to prevent freezing. Normal winter in northern China is no longer under construction, so after the construction stops, it will break the water in the pumps and pipes to prevent future problems.

6. Sprinklers attention: sprinkler front nozzle lower position, close to the ground, spray pressure is greater, can be used to wash the road; after the nozzle is in a higher position ( sprinklers rear nozzles on each side of a device ) , wide watering surface, available When spraying water on highway construction, the front nozzle should be closed when using the rear nozzle, and the width of the sprinkler can be adjusted according to the need when spraying water with the adjustable nozzle. The wider the sprinkler width, the smaller the amount of side overlap and the more even the sprinkler density.

7. Lubrication and fastening: In the process of use, the sprinkler should regularly lubricate the smooth points of the drive assembly, and often fasten the joints to ensure the use of malformed.

8. Regular sewage: The water tank of the sprinkler is provided with a sewage pipe. The entrance of the pipe is the lowest point of the water tank. Through the application of a period of time, the discharge pipe switch shall be turned on periodically to eliminate the debris accumulated in the tank until the water becomes clear.
