There are four main parts of the conductivity meter that are susceptible to damage impact testing: the power section, the bridge section, the oscillator, and the indicator section. At the same time, these three major components are also key locations used during testing. Their quality is directly related to the test results. So their maintenance is very important.

First of all, it is the power supply of the conductivity meter. When the low-voltage AC power supply fails, the indicator light and each filament are not bright. We should check the order of power input, transformer primary, transformer secondary low voltage, etc. during inspection. The high-voltage DC power supply can be bright in the indicator light and each filament, but the electro-ocular tube does not emit green light, and when replacing the new electro-ocular tube is invalid, the problem may occur in the high-voltage DC power supply.

When testing with the conductivity meter test, we found that the high-frequency profile of the conductivity meter could not measure the exact balance point. At this time we can determine that its fault is: oscillator and cathode output device failure, we can change the oscillation first Tube and cathode output tube, then still can not solve the problem, we need to measure the two poles of each pole voltage and wiring. At the same time, we can use an oscilloscope to track and check each signal point.

This will find the problem. First check the electrode system in the bridge and replace or repair the electrode system. If it cannot be measured, continue to check. Reading button part. Sometimes the sliding wire resistance inside the reading button is poorly contacted. Clean the contact point with a clean silk cloth, etc., so that the contact can be good everywhere. Part of the knob is often due to misalignment or poor contact of the internal band switch. It can be wiped and reset with a small amount of anhydrous ethanol or trichloroethylene. Capacitance problem. Sometimes the edge of the light strip of the indicator is blurred, and the bridge arm capacitance can be adjusted to a clear degree.

The problem of the power supply section, the problem of the bridge, and the troubleshooting of the oscillator are described above. In the end, I would like to tell you that the indicator is faulty. Let us first determine the location of the problem of the bridge: If the edge of the indicator band is still blurred after adjusting the capacity of the bridge, the electro-optic tube can be replaced. The green fluorescent band of the former moves in a fan shape, and the latter moves up and down. And the wiring is different. When the conductivity meter's indicator action is not sensitive, the amplifier tube and the electro-ocular tube can be replaced at this time. If it is still not sensitive, check the voltage and wiring of each electrode and enlarge the anode of the tube.
