Point-and-column stratified filling mining method in Tonglushan Mine
Deposit account after the contact of magmatic skarn copper-containing magnetic iron deposit exploration type is a three to four. The mine's No. III ore body and the No. IV ore body are deep underground. The No. III ore body is about 370m long, with an average thickness of about 40m, a maximum thickness of more than 100m, an inclination of 50° to 75°, and a maximum extension of 830m. The No. IV ore body is 650m long, with an average thickness of 15m, a maximum thickness of 45m, a dip angle of 55° to 75°, and a maximum extension depth of 400m or more. The ore is mainly composed of copper magnetite, followed by copper-bearing marble and copper-bearing skarn. The copper-bearing magnetite is dense and hard, f=8~12, which is moderately stable to stable; the joints containing copper marble are relatively developed, f=7~9, which is moderately stable; the copper-bearing skarn f=3~6, stable Poor sex. The ore has a high grade and weighs 3.33t/m 3 . Ore body on the disc is marble, porphyry and granite diorite Skarnization plagioclase rock; is a lower plate and granodiorite porphyry Skarnization plagioclase pyroxenite. The marble is dense and lithological, f=7~9, the granodiorite porphyry is moderately stable, but most of it is weathered and the stability is poor; the skarnized plagioclase is soft, f=2~4.
The main mining method is the point-column upward stratified filling mining method. The length of the ore along the strike is 48m and 32m respectively according to the thickness of the ore body, of which the mine is 44m and 28m respectively, and the column is 4m. The stage height is 60m, the top column is 3~5m, and the bottom column is 6m (including 5.2m of ore bottom column and double reinforced concrete bottom column of 0.8m). In the mine, there are 1 to 2 rows of columns in the direction of the strike. The column spacing is 12 to 15 m, the point column size is 5 × 5 m, and the bearing area of ​​each point column is about 300 m 2 . The column and the point column account for 13-15% of the horizontal area of ​​the ore block; the semi-cylinder can be appropriately added when the surrounding rock is not stable. The stope area is 800-1200 m 2 and the maximum is 2000 m 2 .

The stratified mining height is 2.5-3.5 m, and the shallow hole mining method of first pressing the top and then pressing the top is generally adopted. The ore transport was originally carried out using ZYQ-14 type wind moving loader, and two sets were fixed in each mine. Under normal circumstances, the electric scraper production capacity is equivalent to 2 to 3 sets of loaders. A single mesa flutter vibrating and concentrating machine is installed in the ore discharge shaft of the stope, and the vibration motor is 3~4kw.
Stope commonly used mortar Long Rope - up tube anchor - metal mesh and overhead guard measures. The length of the long anchor cable is 66mm, the diameter of the steel wire is 24.5mm, the mesh density of the anchor cable is 2.5×2.5~4×4m, and the initial anchor depth is 15m. The YGZ-90 external rotary drilling rig is equipped with a JT-25 disc bracket or a CTS-141 long anchor cable drilling rig. The rig is equipped with a self-made rope feeder that feeds the wire into the hole. The HP6-3 mortar pump was used for forward grouting, the ratio of sand to sand was 1:1, and the ratio of water to cement was 0.45. In order to improve the initial strength of the mortar, 0.8% FDN type water reducing agent can be added. The simulation test of the pile anchor cable shows that the gripping force is 29~41t/m, and the bonding force to different rocks is 34~60t/m.
The expansion type anchor rod has a length of 1.8 to 2.0 m, a mesh degree of 0.8×0.8 to 1.0×1.0 m, and an anchoring force of 10 to 12 t. The metal mesh is made of ф6~8mm steel bars and spot welded according to 200×200mm mesh.
The filling is made of water-quenched copper slag hydraulic filling and tailings cementing. The thickness of the cemented surface is 0.4m and the strength is 2.94~3.92MPa.
The main road for slag filling is 150mm cast iron pipe, and the 4-inch portable steel pipe is used in the stop. The filling line is 2.5 to 6.5, the weight concentration is 45 to 55%, and the hourly filling capacity is 45 to 60 m 3 . The slag has an average particle diameter of 3.5 mm and a void ratio of 48%, and has good permeability.
The tailings cement conveying main pipe is 100mm steel pipe, 100mm plastic pipe is used in the mining yard, the slurry weight concentration is 70~75%, the sand-sand ratio is 1:5~1:6, and the filling capacity is 25~40m 3 /h. A steering nipple with a sleeve inside is installed at the bottom of the filling patio to facilitate the steering movement of the filling pipeline.
The use of the point-column filling method results in a large loss of rich copper ore, and only the ore loss in the column and the inter-column accounts for more than 15%. The mine is steeply inclined ore body, and the point column near the upper plate cannot support the rock on the upper plate, but reaches the transportation level in the upper stage of maintenance.
