"Notice of rectification and cleanup of products within <Announcement>" is undoubtedly a further implementation of the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Public Security. The preparation time for the “Notice†left for vehicle manufacturers is still 1-4 months. Each card and bus company is busy submitting inspection reports and rectifying the products. "Notice" requires products that do not meet the technical requirements of Article 1-7. Enterprises shall, before March 10, 2011, make corrections in the "Notice" declaration system in accordance with changes or extensions. For products that do not meet Article 8-9 of the above-mentioned technical requirements, enterprises should make corrections in the "Notice" declaration system before June 10th, 2011 according to the change or expansion declaration method.
In addition to ABS and protective devices, the cargo carrying explosives and highly toxic chemical vehicles, dangerous goods transport vehicles, trucks and semi-trailers are also included in the verification program.
