Point 2: Local subsidies need to be formulated

The 2018 Measures said: “This Municipality encourages the purchase and use of new energy vehicles. The relevant financial subsidy policies of this Municipality refer to the “Notice on Adjusting and Perfecting the Financial Subsidy Policy for the Popularization and Application of New Energy Vehicles by the Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the Ministry of Finance”. (Caijian [2018] No. 18) is the new central subsidy standard issued on February 12th. According to the requirements of the central competent authority, “from 2018, the local subsidy funds for new energy vehicles will gradually be transferred to support the construction and operation of charging infrastructure.
