BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Currently, most of the large-diameter and small-caliber smart water meters and heat energy meters used in various places are manufactured using mechanical transmission or ultrasonic waves, and the measurement is based on rotating gears meshing to form decimal and periodical launches. Ultrasonic signals to achieve the purpose of measurement, the structure of these tables are more complex, or measurement accuracy is low, or measurement of low flow sensitivity is not enough.
