Finland developed a rapid heart rate detector specifically for emergency personnel

A Finnish company has developed a rapid heart rate monitor that is designed for first-aid personnel and it is expected to show off in major accidents and disaster scenes.

According to a Finnish media report recently, the product consists of a heart rate sensor with two electrocardiogram electrodes and an LED indicator. The heart rate sensor and the LED indicator are connected by a 35-cm wire.

In operation, the medical staff attaches the heart rate sensor to the patient's chest and attaches the LED indicator to the patient's cheek. After being attached, the heart rate sensor immediately sends a signal to the LED indicator. If the heart rate is within the normal range, the indicator light glows green each time the heart beats. If the heart rate is too high or too low, the indicator light glows red.

This new heart rate detector will significantly improve the efficiency of medical staff. In addition, since the LED indicator light is clear, it will also improve the safety of detection and avoid misdiagnosis.
