The publicity system for fuel consumption of automotive products is the basis for implementing the evaluation system and policy system for fuel consumption of automobiles, and is an important part of the energy management system for automotive products in China. It is important for guiding the consumption of energy-saving automotive products and promoting the structural adjustment and technological advancement of the automobile industry. significance.

In order to further improve the management of the “Light Vehicle Fuel Consumption Notice” and improve the publicity system for fuel consumption of automobiles, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Automobile manufacturers or import car dealers shall, prior to the sale of automotive products, have a copy of the “Automotive Fuel Consumption Identification” sample, the “Car Fuel Consumption Identification Record Information” text file and electronic files for different models and different fuel consumption. (In the form of optical discs), filed with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Equipment Industry Division) for the record. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will regularly announce the automobile fuel consumption indicators through the “Notice of Fuel Consumption of Light Vehicles”.

2. Automobile manufacturers and import car dealers should ensure that their automobile products are affixed with the “Automotive Fuel Consumption Indicator” when they are sold, and have been included in the “Light Vehicle Fuel Consumption Notice”.

3. For auto fuel consumption logos filed and filed, only those with different fuel consumption data and other data are the same. Automobile manufacturers or import car dealers submit samples of the “Automotive Fuel Consumption Identification” sample and “Light Vehicle Fuel Consumption. In addition to the materials used to identify and record the information, it is necessary to attach the official documents of the company and the relevant certification materials.

4. If there is any change in the information data of vehicle fuel consumption that has already been filed, it shall be treated as an identification of the fuel consumption of new vehicles. Among them, only when the fuel consumption data changes but other data does not change, automobile manufacturers or imported car dealers submit materials for the “Automotive Fuel Consumption Identification” sample and “Light Vehicle Fuel Consumption Identification Information” at the same time, It must be accompanied by the official documents of the company and the related proof materials.

5. Automobile manufacturers or imported car dealers shall promptly submit the information on the models that have ceased to be sold in the market to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (the Ministry of Equipment Industry) in the form of official documents of the enterprise. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will publish it through the "Light Vehicle Fuel Consumption Notice."

6. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (the Ministry of Equipment Industry) will review the completeness of the filing materials submitted by automobile manufacturers or imported automobile dealers. If they do not meet the conditions, they will not be accepted and will promptly notify the company.

7. The deadline for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Ministry of Equipment Industry) to accept the registration materials for vehicle fuel consumption on a monthly basis is 10 days a month. The filing materials submitted after the deadline will be accepted next month.

VIII. In the middle of each month, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will notify related companies to check the identification information of auto fuel consumption submitted for filing. The company that received the verification notice should complete the verification within 2 working days and provide feedback. If there is no feedback beyond the time, it will be regarded as no objection.

IX. The “Light Vehicle Fuel Consumption Notice” is issued in principle at the end of each month.
