Four plastic barrel performance indicators:

In order to ensure the safe use of plastic barrels, the national standard has made safety regulations for 200L plastic barrels and packaging containers, mainly including the following:

1 Drop test, fill 200L water at -18°C-40°C, drop 1.8 meters, do not break, no leakage is acceptable. This test is mainly for the purpose of affecting the environment and safety due to accidental drop during transportation or loading and unloading.

2 Load stacking, ambient temperature ≥ 40 °C, stacking 3 meters, load density 1.2, 28 days, no significant deformation and damage. In summer, the weather is hot, and in the high-temperature state, the warehouse can't be deformed due to high temperature softening of the plastic bucket or deformation during transportation, and the corresponding standards are made.

3 airtight test; 30Kpa pressure for 5 minutes, no rupture, no leakage.

4 Hydraulic test; 250Kpa water pressure, keep for 30 minutes, no rupture, no leakage.
